Firstly, thank you for your interest in a custom design piece by JME Create and I am excited to work with you!
Custom design prints comes with an A4 physical print and a digital copy sent to you via email. There is a 2 weeks lead time from confirmation of design, and I will be in communication with you to proof the design prior to finalizing and printing.
Please email through a copy of your base image, and background colour request to hello@jmecreate.com with your order number and we will go from here. We are currently not accepting custom request with designed backgrounds.
1-3 subject matters are designed on a portrait orientation, if you would like this to be designed on a landscape orientation please don't hesitate to let us know. Custom designs with higher subject matters are designed on a landscape orientation.
Limited custom design numbers will be taken in each month. If this product has been marked a sold out but you are interested in getting a custom piece, please get in touch to as we would love to see how we can accomodate your project.
Size: Amount of subject matter in the photo.
We aim to complete custom illustrations a week after the final design confirmation, plus our printing time typically takes 2–4 business days, plus shipping. If you need it sooner, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
