PROCESSING TIME:

Each art work are printed to order and as we are also working on our full time day job we do have a 1-2 day processing time. The processing time covers the printing and shipment time but does not cover the delivery target. If you are needing your order immediately please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will endeavour to deliver to your needs.
Custom artwork has 1-2 weeks lead time. This timeframe allows us to build the design you are after and gather feedback before finalising the artwork for printing.

SHIIPING INFORMATION:

Standard Shipping
Delivery target of 3-5 working days, no tracking information.
Fast Shipping
Delivery target of next working day, with tracking information.
Rural Delivery
Any address that falls under the rural delivery zone, delivery target of 3 working days, with tracking information. Note that your parcel may not be process for delivery, if you provide a rural address and does not select the rural delivery option. Please feel free to contact us if you have any question about this.

ARTWORKS & DESIGN:

Any artworks and designs in this online store are owned by JME Create and should not be copied or reproduced without written permission from the artist.

CUSTOM DESIGN:

Custom design spots are released each month and announcement will be made via our social media pages or email communication. This is designed due to us also working a full time day job, and to ensure that we create a clean timeline for our design block.
There is a two weeks lead time on each custom design once details are confirmed. This timeline doesn't accomodate for any changes requested to be made during design proofing stage.
Custom portrait design starts from $60NZD, this is for 1-2 subject matter with plain background colour of your choice.
